Hallmark International, a partnership firm organized under the laws of India, having its principal place of business at A-401, Lotus Aura-2, Sama Savli Road, Vadodara – 390024, Gujarat, India (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), is the owner and operator of the website https://www.curowise.com/, including all associated mobile applications, digital interfaces, and sub-domains (collectively, the "Platform"). The Company is engaged in the business of formulating, marketing, and selling nutraceutical products, dietary supplements, and related wellness offerings (collectively, the "Services") to the end-users of the Platform (the "Users"). The nutraceutical products and dietary supplements are collectively referred to as "Products".
Access to and use of the Platform and Services is strictly conditioned upon the User's express acceptance of the Terms of Use, which incorporates by reference this Privacy Policy, the Cancellation and Replacement Policy, and any other legal disclaimers posted on the Platform. By accessing the Platform, creating an account, purchasing any Product, or availing any Service, the User acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy. Any User who does not agree with the practices described herein must immediately cease all access to the Platform and discontinue the use of any Services.

Personal Information refers to any information related to a User or a Visitor that, either directly or indirectly, in combination with other information available with the Company, is capable of identifying such individual. This may include, but is not limited to:

- Contact details (such as personal telephone numbers and email addresses);

Sensitive Personal Data or Information ("SPDI"): In accordance with the SPDI Rules, certain categories of information are classified as sensitive and require enhanced protection. This includes:

NO MEDICAL ADVICE: The collection of health-related Information is for the sole purpose of product recommendation and order fulfilment. The provision of such Information does not create a doctor-patient relationship, and the Information provided on the Platform does not constitute medical advice, a clinical diagnosis, or a substitute for professional healthcare.
Pursuant to the SPDI Rules, any information that is freely available or accessible in the public domain, or furnished under the Right to Information Act, 2005, or any other prevailing law, shall not be regarded as Information for the purposes of this Privacy Policy.
VOLUNTARY DISCLOSURE AND WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT
A User may browse the Platform without providing Information; however, certain Services and Platform functionalities may be restricted until the User chooses to register or provide requisite details.
All Information provided to the Company is strictly voluntary. The User maintains the right to withdraw consent for the collection and use of their Information at any time. Such withdrawal must be communicated to the Company in writing at info@curowise.com.
Upon withdrawal of consent, the Company reserves the right to discontinue the Services for which said Information was sought.
The User is advised to exercise caution and discretion when disclosing personally identifiable information, particularly regarding family members, while using the Services.
Users can access, modify, correct, and delete Information related to them which has been collected pursuant to their decision to become a User. Any grievances in relation to the Information shared by the User with the Company may be brought to the attention of the Grievance Officer in accordance with the Grievance Officer section of this Privacy Policy.
PAYMENT AND FINANCIAL INFORMATION
For the purchase of Products and for availing any Services, the User may be required to pay the Company via credit card, wire transfer, or debit card through the Company's third-party payment gateway provider. Such third-party payment gateway provider may be required to collect certain financial information from the User including, but not restricted to, the User's credit/debit card number or bank account details (collectively referred to as "Financial Information"). All Financial Information collected from Users by the Company's third-party payment gateway providers will be used only for billing and payment processes. The verification of the Financial Information shall be accomplished only by the User through a process of authentication which is under the exclusive and complete control of the Company's third-party payment gateway providers alone.
The Financial Information collected from Users is processed through secure digital platforms of approved payment gateways under encryption, complying with industry-standard technology protocols. While the Company shall make reasonable endeavors to ensure that the User's Information is protected by security measures prescribed under applicable laws, the User acknowledges that the Internet is susceptible to security breaches and is advised to exercise discretion while providing Information via the Platform.
PURPOSE OF COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
Information shall be collected by the Company on an ongoing basis for one or more of the following reasons:
- To identify the User, understand the User's needs, and resolve disputes, if any;
- To set up, manage, and offer Products and Services, and to enhance the Platform experience to meet the User's requirements;
- To provide ongoing customer service and support;
- To meet applicable legal and regulatory requirements;
- To resolve technical issues and troubleshoot problems;

AUTOMATIC INFORMATION AND IP ADDRESS
Due to Internet communication standards, when a User visits the Platform, the Company automatically receives the URL of the site from which the User arrives, the IP address of the User's device, operating system details, web browser type, and the name of the User's internet service provider (ISP). This Information is used solely to analyze overall User trends and to improve the Services. The User acknowledges the Company's right to share aggregate findings (in a non-identifiable form) with advertisers, sponsors, and strategic partners to help grow the business.
COOKIES
The Platform uses temporary cookies to store certain data. The Company does not store personally identifiable information in the cookies. Information collected by the Company that does not personally identify the User as an individual is exclusively owned by the Company.
