Currently, we ship only within India. We are working towards expanding our delivery network in the future.

How long does it take to process an order?
1. Standard Online Orders

- Payment confirmation happens instantly with credit/debit cards or e-wallets.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within India. Stay tuned as we work towards expanding our delivery network.
How long does shipping usually take?
After confirmation, your order is carefully packed and prepared for dispatch. This process generally takes 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery timelines depend on your location and pincode. Orders are typically delivered within 2–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and seasonal demand, especially during holidays or festival time.

How can I check the status of my order?

- You will receive a conformation email when your order is placed.
2. Log In to Your Account
- If you created an account on the store’s website, log in and go to “My Orders” or “Order History”.
- You should see the current status (e.g., “Processing,” “Shipped,” “Delivered”) and sometimes the estimated delivery date.
3. Use the Tracking Number
- Once your order has shipped, you can usually track it via the carrier’s website (like Fedx, Bluedart, delhivery).
4. Contact Customer Service
- If you can’t find information online or via email, reach out to info@curowise.com
- Provide your order number to get updates on your order.
Account Info
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest.
However, creating an account allows you to track orders, manage returns & save your shipping details.
How do I update my account details?
You can update your name, email, password, or saved addresses by logging into your account dashboard.
All changes are saved immediately and used for your future orders.
Orders & Shipping
Can I cancel my order after placing it? When can I receive my refund ?
- Orders can be cancelled (fully or partially) prior to dispatch. Contact customer service immediately with your order number via email (info@curowise.com) or call us at +91 93132 97916.
- You will receive a cancellation confirmation via email.
- In the event of a valid cancellation, we shall initiate the refund within 15 (fifteen) business days from the date the cancellation request was confirmed.

What about replacements & returns ?
- Due to the nature of nutraceuticals and dietary supplements, we do not accept returns or offer replacements once the product is delivered, except in specific instances of manufacturing defects or shipping errors.
- To initiate a replacement, you must request for replacement within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damaged/wrong product. Please email info@curowise for this.
