Rathin’s journey into wellness began long before Curowise.
An athlete, fitness enthusiast, and black-belt national-level karate gold medalist, he developed an interest in understanding human performance early on. After being told during his teenage years that his physical condition may prevent him from lifting weights again, he became deeply invested in understanding physiology, nutrition, movement, and long-term wellness.
Over time, that personal pursuit evolved into professional expertise.
With over a decade of experience building nutraceutical brands across India and the US, Rathin developed a strong understanding of formulation science, ingredient functionality, and preventive wellness systems. His work focuses on creating thoughtfully balanced formulations that prioritize efficacy, safety, and everyday usability.
Today, he leads Curowise with a vision to create one of India’s most respected and innovative nutraceutical wellness brands.

Co-Founder
Rajal brings over 25 years of global leadership experience across business transformation, strategy, and organizational growth.
A former Vice President & Global Head at ATOS, a global technology leader operating across 70+ countries, she was among the first Indian women to be part of the company’s global leadership team. Throughout her corporate journey, she led multicultural teams, managed global innovation portfolios, and drove strategic growth initiatives across international markets.
But somewhere within years of high-performance leadership, one realization became deeply personal: “Professional success often comes at the cost of everyday well-being.” That realisation became one of the driving forces behind Curowise.
Today, alongside her work in leadership coaching and strategic advisory through GRAVITAS, Rajal brings a more holistic perspective to wellness, one that values mental clarity, emotional well-being, and sustainable health as essential parts of modern life.
Her vision for Curowise is to build an aspirational wellness brand rooted in scientific credibility, mindful living, and long-term wellbeing.
